Where: Skagit Riverwalk Plaza, 509 S Main St, Mt Vernon, WA 98273
This will be a very fun, upbeat precession leading the night parade. We need musicians comfortable with playing about 15-20 minutes while marching. If interested, please contact Sharyn Peterson.
